- No forms on our public pages. You enter personal details only when you create an account, place an order or message us.
- No ad tracking. There are no advertising, analytics or social media tracking pixels on this website.
- You stay in control. Ask for a copy, a correction or the deletion of your data at any time.
Who we are
PRIXALIO runs livreora.com and offers premium online tools on affordable group-buy plans. “We” and “us” in this policy mean PRIXALIO. Our website and customer accounts run on a hosted store platform, which keeps this data for us.
This policy covers the website, your customer account (sign-up, orders, payments and your tools) and the messages you send us. It works together with our Terms and Conditions and Refund Policy.
What we collect
Information you give us
- Account details. Your name, username, email address and password, when you create an account.
- Orders and payments. The tools and plans you order, the amounts, the status of each order and the payment screenshot you upload with it.
- Messages. What you write to us, with the name and contact details you use there. Messaging apps such as WhatsApp or Telegram handle your messages under their own privacy policies.
Information collected automatically
- Sign-in records. The IP address, browser, device and approximate location of each sign-in, to keep your account safe and apply the one login, one person rule.
- Technical data. Like most websites, our servers record your IP address, browser, the page you asked for and the time. Your approximate country can also decide which currency some prices are shown in.
- Tool use. When you open a tool, we record which tool and when. Tools open on their own servers, which handle your IP address and your requests inside the tool, like any web server.
- Profile picture. If your email address has a public Gravatar picture, your account shows it. To find it, a scrambled form of your email address (not the address itself) is sent to Gravatar.
How we use your data
We use your data to:
- create your account, approve your orders and open your tools;
- check payments, keep your orders and invoices, and send refunds to your payment method;
- send you emails about your orders, your plans and the safety of your account (you can turn some of them off in your account settings);
- answer your messages;
- keep accounts safe and apply our account rules, such as one login, one person;
- protect the site from attacks, bots and abuse, and fix errors.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it to show you ads. Apart from the store platform that keeps it for us, we share information only when the law requires it, for example to answer a valid legal request.
Cookies and browser storage
Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser. Here is what you may find:
- Sign-in and security. A session cookie keeps you signed in and protects the forms you send.
- Display currency. A cookie remembers which currency some prices are shown in, for up to a year.
- Bot protection. If the sign-up page says it is protected by reCAPTCHA, Google reCAPTCHA checks that a person, not a bot, is signing up.
- Your browser only. Your light or dark mode choice and a few display settings stay on your device. They are not sent to us.
We use no advertising or analytics cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The public pages work without them, but signing in needs them.
How long we keep data
We keep your account, order and support records while your account is active. Some records, such as invoices, may be kept longer for legal or accounting reasons.
How we protect your data
The site uses HTTPS, so what you send us is encrypted on its way. Your password is stored in a scrambled form that nobody can read back, and payment screenshots are kept private: only you, the people who check orders and the platform that runs this store can see them.
No website is perfectly secure, so please help us: use a strong password that you use nowhere else, and never share your login. Sharing an account is also against our Terms and Conditions.
Your choices and rights
You can change your name, email address and password yourself in your account settings. You can also ask us at any time to:
- send you a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
- correct details that are wrong or out of date;
- delete your account and your personal data.
Just message us through one of the channels at the end of this page. We may first ask you to confirm that the account is yours. Deleting your account ends your tool access, and some records, such as invoices, may have to be kept for legal or accounting reasons.
Children
PRIXALIO is built for marketers, creators and businesses. As our Terms explain, anyone who is not old enough to make a binding agreement where they live needs a parent’s or guardian’s agreement to use it. If you think a child has given us personal data without that agreement, please contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our service changes. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page (October 25, 2026) always shows the latest version.
