- One login, one person. Your account is for you alone. Sharing it can get your account banned.
- No auto‑renewal. Plans of 1, 3, 6 or 12 months are paid in advance. We never charge you on our own: you pay only when you choose to order again.
- Every order is checked by hand. You pay, send a screenshot of your payment with the order, and we approve it once the payment is confirmed.
- Refunds follow our Refund Policy. If a tool you bought is down for more than 48 hours during your plan, you can ask for a refund or a replacement tool.
- Tools can change. Prices, usage limits and availability may change with each tool’s source, and a tool may be paused while its source is unavailable.
- Ask before you buy. Not sure a tool is right for you? Message us first. We are happy to help.
1. Agreeing to these Terms
These Terms and Conditions explain the rules for using PRIXALIO at livreora.com. When you create an account, place an order or use this website, you agree to these Terms. They apply to the whole website, to your customer account and to every message between you and PRIXALIO.
By agreeing, you also confirm that you are old enough to make a binding agreement where you live, or that a parent or guardian agrees for you. If you buy for a business, you confirm that you may accept these Terms for it.
Please also read our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use PRIXALIO.
2. Our service and how access works
PRIXALIO gives you access to premium online tools on affordable group-buy plans. Group buy means the cost of a premium tool is shared, so you pay much less than buying it on your own.
Getting started takes four steps:
- Choose your tools and a plan. Pick one tool or several, for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months. Prices are shown per month in US dollars (USD).
- Pay the way that suits you. Pay with one of the payment methods shown on your order page. Your order page shows the exact amount and the payment details.
- Send your payment screenshot. Upload a screenshot of your payment with your order. We check every order by hand and approve it once the payment is confirmed.
- Open your tools from your account. Once your order is approved, sign in and open each tool with Access now. When a tool has more than one server, you can switch if one is slow.
3. Your account and fair use
Group buy only works when every member uses their own account. Your PRIXALIO login is for you alone, so keep your password private.
These things are not allowed:
- Sharing your account. Giving your login to another person can get your account banned, without notice.
- Sharing the tool access further. The tool accounts you open through PRIXALIO are shared with other members. Do not pass their logins or sessions on, resell them, or change their passwords or settings.
- Signing in from many places. Signing in from many different addresses or proxies in a short time can lock your account automatically.
- Misusing the tools. Do not use the tools for anything illegal, for spam, or in a way that could get the shared account blocked.
4. Orders, prices and payments
Prices are in US dollars (USD). Some pages may also show a price in your local currency for reference; your order page always shows what to pay.
You can pay with one of the payment methods shown on your order page. The exact payment details are on your order page.
When your plan starts
Every order is checked by hand. Your plan starts when we approve your order, after checking the screenshot of your payment. If something is missing, we will tell you what we need.
No automatic charges: plans are paid in advance, with no auto‑renewal. PRIXALIO does not charge recurring fees: every payment is started by you. When your plan ends, you decide whether to order again.
5. Plan validity and tool availability
Your plan stays active for the number of months you ordered, counted from the day we approve the order. Renewing a plan that is still running adds the new months to its end.
Group-buy tools run on their makers’ own servers, so short interruptions can happen. A problem that is fixed within 48 hours is part of normal service.
Because access depends on each tool’s availability, PRIXALIO may, at any time:
- change the price of any tool or plan (the plans you already paid for keep their price)
- pause a tool while its source is unavailable
- set usage limits on any tool
6. Refunds
Refunds follow our Refund Policy. In short:
- If a tool you bought does not work for more than 48 hours at any time during your plan, you can ask for a refund while that plan is still running.
- You choose how to get it: a refund to your original payment method, or a replacement tool instead of the one that is down.
- Approved refunds are completed within 3–5 business days.
- There is no refund if your account is banned under these Terms, if you changed your mind, or if you simply did not use the tool or plan you bought.

7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or ban an account that breaks the account rules in section 3. A banned account does not get a refund.
You can stop using PRIXALIO at any time. Because there is no auto‑renewal, you are not charged again unless you choose to order.
If you think your account was suspended by mistake, message us with your username or the email address on your account.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page (October 26, 2026) shows when they last changed. If you keep using PRIXALIO after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
